I LOVED almost every character in 1975 Poldark; expecially poor Francis, how I cried for him, and of course Ellis and Rees. I so loved them, I can’t THINK of other faces…..Some scenes of the old series are decidedly too slow (Jud Painter after the trial, for example), yet I loved Morwenna and her story,too, with Osborne such a perfect villain.
